Designations and Certifications...
I believe staying educated and on top of current market trends is crucial. I currently hold broker's license and I'm designated as Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), which gives you, the buyer, the advantage of being represented by an agent who has gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. I have also been certified as Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist which gives me the appropriate knowledge essential in current market as we are faced with more and more of such transactions. In addition, I'm currently in process of obtaining the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
